Teacher Workshop:
"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn."
Great teachers help create great students. It is quintessential to pay close attention to how we train and support our both new and experienced teachers. We, at TPS, incessantly strive to upgrade our faculty. We believe that they should be updated with the emerging trends of different pedagogies and methodologies. So that they can deliver a meaningful and constructive way out to their learners.
During Summer break the school had organised different activities and workshops for the teachers to enable them to be channelised mentally, physically and emotionally. Teachers became part of yoga, aerobics, western, classical dance forms, theatre, self defence techniques and music. Overall it was a capacity building session which provided them with sufficient fuel to carry out their duties efficiently.
"The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts."
